All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website and may be changed without notice.

Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to download the purchased product.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Following installation instructions

BusyBee Commerce cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party modifications, customised software, or unsupported versions of Phoenix Cart.


5. Digital Content and Consumer Rights

By purchasing and downloading, accessing, or receiving a licence key for any digital product supplied by BusyBee Commerce, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content.

You acknowledge that the supply of digital content begins immediately upon delivery.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ends once the download, access, or delivery of the digital content has commenced.

This does not affect your legal rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.


6. Software Licence

Unless otherwise stated, the purchase of a software product grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software.

You may not:

  • Resell the software

  • Redistribute the software

  • Share download files publicly

  • Remove copyright notices

  • Claim ownership of the software

Where products are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL), use and distribution rights are governed by the applicable GPL licence terms.


7. Product Updates

Where updates are included with a purchase, they will be provided according to the product description at the time of purchase.

BusyBee Commerce reserves the right to discontinue updates for any product at any time.


8. Technical Support

Support may be provided via:

  • Online communication channels

Support covers the products and services specified in the relevant product description or service agreement.

Support does not include:

  • Third-party software issues

  • Server administration unrelated to our services

  • Custom development unless separately purchased

  • Website maintenance not covered by a support agreement

Response times are not guaranteed unless covered by a separate service-level agreement.


9. Hosting Services

Where hosting services are supplied:

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining secure passwords.

  • Customers must not use hosting services for unlawful purposes.

  • Customers must not engage in activities that negatively impact other users or infrastructure.

BusyBee Commerce reserves the right to suspend or terminate hosting services that:

  • Violate applicable laws

  • Breach these Terms

  • Threaten system security or stability

  • Involve spam, malware, phishing, or abusive activity


10. Custom Development Services

Custom development projects may require:

  • Written specifications

  • Deposits

  • Milestone payments

  • Customer approval at various stages

Customers are responsible for providing timely feedback and required information.

Delays caused by the customer may affect delivery times.

Completed work remains the property of BusyBee Commerce until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.


11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content, branding, graphics, documentation, and software created by BusyBee Commerce remain our intellectual property.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property rights to the customer except where explicitly agreed in writing.


12. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify website content

  • Suspend access for maintenance

  • Remove products or services

  • Update pricing and specifications

without prior notice.


13. Limitation of Liability

  • Testing software before deploying to a live website

  • Keeping software up to date

  • Ensuring server compatibility

  • Maintaining adequate security measures

BusyBee Commerce strongly recommends that all installations are tested on a development or staging environment before deployment to a live website.


15. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

By purchasing products or services from BusyBee Commerce, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy published on our website.


16. Privacy
